Mt. CAP Head Start is a non-profit agency. We serve 170 children in 6 centers. We operate with a federal grant and must have a 20% in-kind match. We need your help!
In-kind can come from volunteer time and/or donations. Items that you could purchase and donate are: crayons, marker, paint, (washable), baby dolls and clothes, dress up clothes, puzzles, old shoes for dress up, science stuff, etc. We also use pull-ups, baby wipes, washcloths, etc. We can accept cash donations specified for Head Start use (ie: center supplies, classroom supplies) we require your signature on a donation form with the monetary value of items donated.
Volunteering: Read a book to the kids, or host them on a field trip or lunch out. We have cleaning and painting needs, as well as buses that need washed.
