- Weatherization Crew Technician
This position is responsible for providing weatherization services within qualified residences as directed by the Crew Leader with an emphasis on air sealing and insulation. Duties include loading equipment and materials onto the truck for each day’s work, performing weatherization services on the job site, and performing set-up and takedown of material equipment. The qualified individual will follow safety protocols at all times at each job. Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with technical or college degrees an asset; as well as general carpentry skills and basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel. This position is full-time, with benefits and Mountain CAP will provide paid training of all certifications needed (OSHA 10-HOUR, Lead Safe Renovator, etc.). A driving record is required.
