Mt. CAP, Inc.’s Head Start program prepares preschool children 3-5 years of age by providing a quality early childhood education that focuses on the whole family and incorporates education, social services, nutrition, and preventive health as its core components. Parents are encouraged to become active participants in their child’s educational development by actively volunteering within the classroom. Head Start promotes learning that encompasses the cognitive, emotional, social, linguistic, and physical development of the child. Families whom have children with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
